A little bit about me.

Raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, I spent my time growing up dancing, creating art, or swimming in the ocean. Being surrounded by a beautiful environment helped to foster a world in which creativity flowed. I was also lucky enough to have a community of family, friends, and teachers who saw my potential from a very young age. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

My senior year of high school, I shadowed a local tattoo artist, which was my first hands-on experience with the craft. I was then offered an opportunity to learn, but I had already been accepted into North Carolina State University as a Computer Science student. During my first year at university, I had this lingering feeling that I was missing the creative part of my life, and thus interviewed and was accepted into the College of Design with a major in Graphic Design.

I moved to Raleigh permanently in 2021, where an unexpected opportunity for a tattoo apprenticeship inspired me to take a chance and learn the craft while completing my degree. In the spring of 2024, I graduated with honors and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship.

In June of 2025 I was given the opportunity of coming to work at good friend’s new tattoo shop, Xaos Collective. A female owned space in which many local artists and tattooers came together to create a calm and inviting environment that celebrates art. Since then, I have deepened my love for the craft and absolutely adore my clients who trust me to bring their visions, and mine, to life.

August of 2025 I began to dive into the world of nails and graduated from the Nail Technology program at Central Carolina Community College in December of 2025. I am now a licensed nail tech with a love for creating custom nail art sets that allow clients to express themselves in a less permanent way than tattoos.
